All items are new or secondhand, carefully selected for quality and condition, and thoroughly cleaned before shipping.

Yes! Our style quiz allows you to share your favorite looks, colors, and sizes so we can tailor each box to you.

When will I be billed?

Your first payment is charged at sign-up. Renewals are billed on the same date each cycle.

Do you offer refunds on items I don't want?

We offer free returns for store credit but do not issue cash refunds on our premium box only. Basic And Standard boxes do not have free shipping or returns.

When will my box ship?

We ship twice each month to get your box to you quickly!

Orders placed between the 1st - 15th of the month will ship around the 20th.

Orders placed between the 16th and the end of the month will ship around the 5th of the following month.

How do I return an item?

Contact us within 7 days of receiving your box, and we’ll provide a prepaid return label on the premium box only. Basic And Standard boxes do not include free shipping or returns.

How much store credit will I receive for a returned item?

Store credit is based on the value assigned to each item when curating your box. We assign values internally when packing, so you’ll receive a fair portion of your box’s total value for any returned item. This applies to only the premium box only. Basic And Standard boxes do not include free shipping or returns.

How is store credit calculated?

We assign an internal value to each item when packing your box. For example, if your box is valued at $100 and contains four items, each item may be valued at around $25. Statement pieces (like jackets or dresses) may have a higher value, while basics may have a lower value.

As a simple guideline, clothing item returns typically receive $20 credit and décor item returns receive $15 credit. (Subject to change based on box values.)

How long does it take to receive my store credit?

Once we receive your return, credits are applied to your account within 5 business days. This applies to only the premium box only. Basic And Standard boxes do not include free shipping or returns.
