Your box includes a variety of thrifted clothing pieces matched to your style preferences and subscription type. -Whether its a sporty look or business casual
Are the items new or secondhand?
All items are new or secondhand, carefully selected for quality and condition, and thoroughly cleaned before shipping.
Can I choose my style or preferences?
Yes! Our style quiz allows you to share your favorite looks, colors, and sizes so we can tailor each box to you.
What subscription plans are available?
Choose from 1-month, 3-month, 6-month, or 12-month plans. The longer the plan, the bigger the savings!
When will I be billed?
Your first payment is charged at sign-up. Renewals are billed on the same date each cycle.
Do you offer refunds on items I don't want?
In our Premium Box you can return any item and get store credit! We do not offer this apart of our Basic or Standard Box
When will my box ship?
We ship twice each month to get your box to you quickly!
Orders placed between the 1st - 15th of the month will ship around the 20th.
Orders placed between the 16th and the end of the month will ship around the 5th of the following month.
How do you ensure quality and cleanliness?
Each item is inspected for quality and thoroughly cleaned before shipping.
